Begin your adventure with a pick-up from your lodge in Moshi or Arusha. Journey to Lake Natron, arriving in the early or late afternoon, depending on road conditions. Relax at the campsite, soaking in the stunning scenery as you prepare for the night’s ascent.

At around 11 PM or midnight, embark on the climb up Oldoinyo Lengai. Aim to reach the summit in time for a breathtaking sunrise. Pack some snacks to keep you energized, and we’ll provide 3 liters of water for your day pack. After reveling in the spectacular views, descend back to the campsite for a well-deserved rest.

After your challenging climb, take the day to relax and choose your own adventures. Explore the famous flamingo breeding grounds at Lake Natron, and hike to the nearby Engaresero waterfalls. Return to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy breakfast at the camp or lodge, followed by a quick visit to the local Maasai market for some shopping. Afterward, make your way back to Arusha or Moshi, concluding your memorable trip
